He never tried to sell me. He knew our problem, fixed the problem and took every care and kindness with my family. On the business end, I received a quote a day after our conversation and they scheduled right away. They worked with my schedule and finished up in an afternoon. The product works. Our home is built in the 50s and has horrible insulation. Some kind of moisture made our floors buckle and caused an invasion of mold.
