VAPURE TECHNOLOGY

VaPURE technology is what sets Pacific Pure Maintenance apart from the competition.

Instead of sledgehammers and axes smashing through walls and aggravating the mold within, tiny particles of the VaPURE treatment disperse throughout your home or office, treating mold cells across the treated space. The micron particle is so small that it continues to bounce around the room for several minutes before finally dissipating. The best part about creating such a particle, is that it gets absolutely nothing in your home or office wet.

Sterilant

The first step of the two-step process is a sterilant.

It is an EPA-registered product that treats and controls mold on hard, non-porous surfaces when used according to the label. By turning the mold spore into inert matter, your family can have relief knowing that the mold in your home is treated. The sterilant treats hard, non-porous surfaces when applied according to the label. The sterilant is also used in day cares, gyms, and cars.

Antimicrobial Protectant

The antimicrobial protectant is the second application in the Pure Maintenance mold remediation system.

The sterilant treats hard, non-porous surfaces in homes, offices, and other buildings. The antimicrobial protectant then provides ongoing surface protection. It uses EPA-registered products to provide up to 90 days of surface protection when applied according to label directions. This anti-microbial leaves no residue but forms a protective layer on hard, non-porous surfaces, helping inhibit microbial growth when used according to the label. When mold contacts a treated hard, non-porous surface, the antimicrobial protectant helps inhibit its growth.

Both the antimicrobial protectant and sterilant are EPA-registered products in all 50 States.

Dry Fog (Our Patented Technology)

Using positive air pressure, we fill your property with our sterilant, which we condense into tiny particles. This means that rather than condensing on surfaces, it rebounds from surfaces and disperses throughout the treated airspace, reaching hard, non-porous surfaces. This helps create conditions that are less favorable for mold growth.

Wet Fog or Mist (Other Mold Remediators)

Aside from the costly and time-consuming approach to mold remediation that relies on extensive demolition, disposal and reconstruction, most modern methods employ a ULV spray application (wet fog). As the sterilant is distributed, much of it either condenses on surfaces or the larger droplets burst in the air, resulting in patchy and unpredictable coverage. This leaves much of the airborne mold unharmed, ready to take root once more.
